How we collect, use and protect your personal information under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect
- What you type into our forms (name, phone, email, county, message) so we can reply.
- Your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter (only after you confirm).
- Basic, anonymous statistics about page visits (no tracking cookies unless you agree).
How we use it
Only to answer you, to send what you asked for, and to improve our services. We never sell your information. We keep form messages for up to 24 months, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, at any time. Contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@healthylivingforall.org (placeholder). You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
Stories and photos
We publish stories and photos only with recorded informed consent, and for children only with a parent or guardian’s consent. You can withdraw consent and we will remove the story.
